These terms cover xpcompass.com, the XPCompass app for Windows and Mac, and the XPCompass addons ("XPCompass"). By using XPCompass you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What XPCompass is
XPCompass is a free leveling guide made by players, for players. It is not made or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. You are responsible for playing within the game's own rules and for your game account.
Who gets what
- The guides for the Horde starting zones are free for everyone.
- Every other Horde guide is free for members of the Only Bans guild. Access is checked through Discord when you sign in, and again about once a day. If you leave the guild or lose your guild role, the members-only addons stop updating.
Don't share the members-only addons with people outside Only Bans, or try to get around the access checks.
Using the app and addons
- XPCompass is for your own personal use. Don't sell, repackage or redistribute the app, the addons or the guides without permission.
- The app updates itself and the addons you've chosen automatically. Running it means you agree to those updates.
- Guides for parts of the game that aren't playable yet may be based on earlier versions of the game, and may be wrong.
- If you share feedback from the addon, we may use it to improve the guides.
No warranty
XPCompass is provided as it is, without any warranty. We try to keep it working and accurate, but we don't promise that it will be, or that it will always be available. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using XPCompass, including lost game progress, in-game items or gold, or action taken against your game account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
Ending
You can stop using XPCompass at any time: sign out in the app, then delete the app and the addons. We may end anyone's access if they misuse it or break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Using XPCompass after a change means you accept the new terms.
